We think that the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven's birth has been a bit neglected: due to the great success and the many requests of our audience, we offer you the opportunity to hear the brilliant interpretation of the Eroica by the great performers of the previous year once again.
Large-scale Beethoven in a small ensemble: on the one hand, these "economy versions" served the rapid dissemination of the original, and being able to experience the great symphonies in the popular house music setting was immensely attractive to members of the middle classes in the early 19th century and the main source of income for music publishers.
