Regata Storica
The Regata Storica is the main event in the annual "Voga alla Veneta" rowing calendar. This unique sport has been practised in the Venetian lagoon for thousands of years and today it is particularly well-known for the spectacular historical water pageant that precedes the race.
You can attend the Regata Storica comfortably seated on the uncovered floating stall set up along the Grand Canal near Campo San Polo (acces from San Silvestro/Calle dei Sbianchesini - San Silvestro Actv stop).
The floating platform is set in one of the most beautiful and spectacular points along the route, and allows to attend the historical water pageant and all the regattas.
