TROYE SIVAN The Bloom Tour

It's hard to believe that Troye Sivan has been in the public eye for more than a decade, as the Australian singer, actor and YouTube star is only 23 years old. After several appearances on Australian television and participation in the finale of Star Search, he released his first EP in 2007. Since then, a lot has happened in the life of the South African-born son of a real estate agent and a housewife. Troye has released two albums, played at the theatre, was part of We are the World 25, guest appearances with Jimmy Fallon and Ellen DeGeneres. He also played a role in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and became one of Australia's biggest YouTube stars.

But Troye Sivan isn't, as you might think, one of those video bloggers that doesn't have much to offer except shopping bags. On the contrary - since his public outing in 2013, he has been committed to the international LGBT community, and in his videos he repeatedly addresses how difficult it is for young people in particular to deal with social pressure, because they live outside conventions and love against habits.

Stylistically, Troye moves in electro and dance pop with synthesizers and EDM elements. His musical influences range from Michael Jackson, Taylor Swift and Amy Winehouse to Frank Ocean and Lorde. On his current album "Bloom" from 2018 there is a common single with his good friend Ariana Grande with the title "Dance To This". The sound is sensual and danceable, the lyrics lively and full of longing. You can clearly feel the relationship to the music of the 80s and the love for great melodies.

In March 2019 Troye Sivan comes to Austria and Germany for four exclusive shows.
