Having earned acclaim from reputable sources like The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Downbeat, or NPR ( Notably, The New York Times selected two of her records as the 10 best of the year in 2015 and 2019), Sanchez shifts to a trio setting after four quintet albums, offering more room for spontaneous interplay.
Known for her intricate yet melodic compositions, Sanchez collaborates with drummer Savannah Harris, along with bassist Chris Tordini, to give life to this new project. In this endeavor, there is space for open improvisation, along with form and harmony, complexity and simplicity, and amidst all of that, beauty.

PORGY & BESS Jazzclub
Porgy & Bess (actually, Jazz and Music Club Porgy & Bess ) is a jazz club in the Riemergasse 11 in the 1st district of Vienna. The club , founded in 1993 is considered " the most important jazz organizer and trendy meeting point " of the Austrian capital .
