DON GIOVANNI lives only to love, and it is his insatiable desire for love that will lead him to a tragic end. His troubled love affairs reach their climax during his stay in Venice, culminating in his imprisonment and escape from the Piombi in the Doge’s Palace. Only divine punishment can put an end to his amorous escapades.

Saturday, February 22nd, La Chic Venise presents the grand carnival party at the Saturnia Hotel, in partnership with the Rialto Ensemble's musicians and artists.

Dress Code: Carnival costumes are required, or you may choose to wear an elegant dress with a mask.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once the reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation by the customer. If the fireworks are canceled due to the Covid-19 emergency, the event will still take place and will be guaranteed. The event will only be canceled and refunded if it is prohibited by regulations aimed at preventing the spread of the coronavirus. The event may have program changes if anti-Covid regulations impose certain restrictions.

Program and cast

The party program includes:

18:30: Check-in, where our staff will introduce guests to the evening's event, held in the covered outdoor courtyard.

19:00: Aperitif served in the courtyard, with music and performances by our artists. Our staff will engage guests with a waltz lesson and themed gallant dances for unforgettable fun.

20:00 - 20:30: The evening comes alive with dinner served in the restaurant. Between courses, guests will enjoy alternating performances by singers, jugglers, dancers, and artists, creating a sensational experience.

23:00: Dessert will be served by the hotel's staff, and the dance party will begin in the outdoor courtyard.

01:00: End of the party.

> Welcome cocktail
 - Featuring prosecco, classic spritz, bellini, and a non-alcoholic fruit drink, all accompanied by some appetizers.

> Dinner in the restaurant room "Il Cortile"
 - Tris Veneziano: Cod mousse on a toasted bread slice, gratinated scallop with thyme crumb, and lagoon shrimp on soft polenta.

 - Seafood risotto with shrimp and Prosecco DOCG.

 - Mediterranean-style sea bass fillet (cherry tomatoes, capers, and olives) with potato medallions.

 - Carnival-themed dessert buffet, including tiramisu and fresh fruit.

The after-dinner bar is not included.
