How many adjectives fall short in the face of the majesty of a score like Beethoven's Missa Solemnis! This work, a true pinnacle of the composer’s sacred music, will once again be performed at the Palau by Thomas Hengelbrock and his ensembles, the Balthasar Neumann Chor & Orchester. The fusion of these elements promises to follow in the footsteps of other memorable interpretations from recent years, such as the Mass in B minor, Ein Deutsches Requiem, or Lobgesang.
