SING UP TO HEAVEN!
The stage adaptation full of divine humor, beloved characters and new, rousing show numbers from the pen of 8-time Oscar winner and Disney legend Alan Menken (including Disney's "Aladdin" & "Beauty and the Beast"), sweeps the dust off the songbooks and brings a breath of fresh air to the convent of the Sisters of the Holy Spirit.

THE STORY
The eccentric nightclub singer Deloris van Cartier accidentally witnesses a murder by her shady boyfriend's gang of gangsters after her performance and suddenly finds herself in the witness protection program. But instead of glamorous stage lights, a conservative convent awaits her, where she is to go into hiding as a humble nun - much to the chagrin of the strict Mother Superior, whose world view could not be more different...

In the church choir, the singer is supposed to become part of the congregation, but the nuns can't hit a note and so Deloris takes over the leadership without further ado. With her, every church service becomes an event and the masses attract more and more people - when they finally have to perform in front of the Pope, the gangsters are on Deloris' trail and the nuns unexpectedly find themselves in great danger...
