A performance by the Georgian National Ballet "Sukhishvili" will immerse you in a fantastic story told in the language of dance, in a program of diverse dances full of wonder, surprises and unforgettable variety.

Audiences and media around the world celebrate these unique performances as "a mesmerizing spectacle", "a combination of boldness and grace", "a storm on stage".

The daredevil dances of Georgian men amaze with their breathtaking choreography, the precise synchronization and dizzying speed of the pirouettes in the air and on the ground as well as jumps that defy the laws of gravity and thus fill the stage with concentrated energy and dynamism - the audience can see the sparks flying from the sabres in the dancers' hands.

The women, on the other hand, glide across the stage with gentle, angelic grace in magnificent dresses as if they were floating.

A special feature of the Georgian National Ballet "Sukhishvili" is the combination of male and female choreography. This includes an element of seduction in the form of the famous male dance on tiptoe, as it has long been believed in Georgia that kneeling before a beauty is unacceptable, whereas moving on tiptoe is particularly elegant and sensual.

The male dancers are also the only dancers in the world who can not only stand and dance on their toes in soft leather boots, but also have the ability to perform jumps on tiptoe and return to the floor on tiptoe - an extraordinary skill that they begin to learn from the age of five and refine throughout their lives.

The precious costumes, made from exclusive natural fabrics and decorated with silk embroidery and embroidered with precious stones and metal jewelry inspired by Saint Laurent and Dior, among others, are also exceptionally beautiful.

Since the Georgian National Ballet "Sukhishvili" performs with its own orchestra, which accompanies the entire performance live on traditional and exotic instruments, each performance becomes a total work of art. The musicians of this orchestra have special playing techniques that are not taught anywhere else and are passed down from generation to generation.

The dance ensemble has a long history and is named after its founder, who is as popular and highly respected today as he was 79 years ago. Since the ballet was founded, the Georgian National Ballet "Sukhishvili" has performed on the world's most prestigious theater and concert stages in front of a total of 9 million visitors. The name "Sukhishvili" has become a symbol of incomparable virtuosity and skill as well as unforgettable performances.

Don't miss out on this event and be welcome! This feast for the senses will be remembered forever!
