History

The church was built during a period of expansion and urban transformation in Paris, under the direction of Prefect Georges-Eugène Haussmann, who modernized the city with wide boulevards and impressive buildings. The construction was carried out to meet the religious needs of the new developing neighborhoods in Paris, which required a larger and more imposing church.

Interior

Naves: The interior of the church is vast and bright, with a generous space enriched by ornamental details.
