Jessica Pratt
Gentle darkness envelops you; the film that runs in your head when you sit by the sea at night: Jessica Pratt from Los Angeles creates the soundtrack for it. “Here in the Pitch” is her first album in five years. What the artist has achieved may already be regarded as one of the great works of the 2020s. Pratt perfectly bridges the gap from the grand, monumental pop of the sixties à la Walker Brothers to the zeitgeist reflection of the emptiness many people feel today.
Porcelain id
Since 2020, Hubert Tuyishime (they/them) has been writing unique pop songs under the stage name Porcelain id, operating in the borderland between soul and indie. Captivating and cathartic. Tuyishime hails from Rwanda but has lived in Antwerp, Belgium, for years. The debut album 'Bibi:1' traces their journey from the province to the metropolis.
Clarissa Connelly
Born in Scotland, Clarissa Connelly moved to Copenhagen as a child. She has extensively explored Nordic culture and Celtic traditions. For her resulting album "The Voyager," she received the Nordic Music Prize. In her current work, “World of Work,” she addresses dreams and meditation.
Reveal Party
With the EP title “You Stole a Year of my Life,” Danish musician Emily Holm Nyhuus demands restitution for the lost past—and simultaneously presents the future for trans artists. Her project is called Reveal Party. It’s remarkable how harsh criticism is intertwined with almost dreamy melodies here. Her standpoint is: “If you’re not honest when writing, why are you writing at all?”

PORGY and BESS Jazzclub
Porgy & Bess (actually, Jazz and Music Club Porgy & Bess ) is a jazz club in the Riemergasse 11 in the 1st district of Vienna. The club , founded in 1993 is considered " the most important jazz organizer and trendy meeting point " of the Austrian capital .
