For Easter Monday, the oratorio composed by Bach for the same celebration exactly 300 years ago. Christophe Rousset leads Les Talens Lyriques in a score with which they are familiar.
The Easter Oratorio, performed in Leipzig shortly after the premiere of the St. John Passion, is inspired by the passage from the Gospels where the apostles Peter and John discover Jesus' empty tomb. Offering more of a sacred meditation than a true narrative (it does not have a narrator, unlike the Christmas Oratorio), the Easter Oratorio is infused with a joy found in the cantata "Erfreut euch, ihr Herzen" [Let the hearts rejoice], also composed for an Easter Monday, this time in 1724. Christophe Rousset, Les Talens Lyriques, and the Namur Chamber Choir are joined by some (or rather, some of) the soloists from their magnificent St. Matthew Passion performed in April 2023.

Grande salle Pierre Boulez - Philharmonie
The Grande salle Pierre Boulez (Symphonic Hall) boasts innovations in architecture, stage design and acoustical engineering. Thanks to a modular design, its capacity increases from 2400 people in the symphonic configuration to 3600 when the parterre is converted into a standing room area.
All five levels of the Grande salle Pierre Boulez are accessed via the entrance on Level 3 of Philharmonie, which can be reached via stairways, escalators and two lifts, with direct access from the Porte de Pantin plaza and the Philharmonie parking facility.
From the entrance, stairways and lifts inside the hall take visitors to the various levels.
The Grande Salle Pierre Boulez has thirty designated seats for people with reduced mobility.
