The Wiener Tschuschenkapelle is a permanent fixture in the Austrian music scene, famous for its exuberant concerts and musical originality.

For more than three decades we have seen ourselves as ambassadors of cultures, with a special focus on Austria and the Balkan countries. Our repertoire consists of traditional and self-composed songs from the Balkan countries, serenades from the Mediterranean, Turkish-Arabic-Oriental tunes, Greek Rembetiko, the Bosnian Sevdalinka and much more. We make excursions to Russia, touch on the Viennese song (after all, it is called Wiener Tschuschenkapelle), experiment with gypsy jazz and even venture into classical music. Our music is originally arranged, well played and performed with humor and charm. With a performance by the Wiener Tschuschenkapelle, we guarantee your audience an enjoyable and at the same time sophisticated evening, without any kind of sprinkling or superficial jingling. (Slavko Ninic)
