Cinderella The Musical is an exciting journey into the classic fairy tale, enriched with a modern and engaging theatrical language. The myth of the girl who becomes a princess, the most beloved fairy tale of all time, returns to make audiences dream with an original script, capable of involving and offering unforgettable moments to viewers of all ages. A cast of 15 performers guides the audience through an era of timeless charm, with sumptuous 18th-century costumes, majestic sets, and astonishing special effects. Original music and choreography combine to catapult the audience into a true waking dream, because dreams, when you truly believe in them, can come to life—even when destiny seems already written.
Cinderella is one of the most famous fairy tales in the world, with roots in the versions by Charles Perrault and the Brothers Grimm. The story has been adapted countless times in films, TV series, musicals, plays, and books. The famous 1950 Disney animated film made the protagonist’s image iconic. Her figure has become a symbol of hope, resilience, and transformation, and continues to inspire audiences of all ages.
The Compagnia delle Formiche is one of the leading companies in the Italian theater scene, specializing in musical productions. Founded in 2003 with the aim of staging high-quality shows, it has distinguished itself through a winning combination of professionalism, creativity, and passion. Over the years, it has created both original productions and prestigious adaptations of major international musical classics, including Alice in Wonderland, The Sword in the Stone, Cinderella, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, and Love Story. In 2024, in collaboration with Ad Astra Entertainment S.r.l., the company will produce the original musical Sherlock Holmes, starring Neri Marcorè. With over twenty productions to its name and growing success, Compagnia delle Formiche continues to be a reference point for Italian musicals, offering audiences exciting shows with great visual impact.
