A success lasting more than twelve years and honored with awards such as the Olivier Awards, We Will Rock You brings to the stage one of the longest running and most successful musicals ever, created by Queen and written by Ben Elton in collaboration with Roger Taylor and Brian May. Adapted exclusively for Italy by Claudio Trotta and Michaela Berlini, since its debut in the 2018/2019 season the show has achieved more than 130 performances and welcomed over 150,000 spectators. At the heart of the show is the soundtrack: a journey through the world of one of the most important bands on the international music scene. The musical presents some of their greatest hits such as Radio Gaga, I want to break free, Don’t stop me now, Bohemian Rhapsody, performed live by a six piece band. Set in a dystopian future where rock is banned and individuality is suppressed, the show follows the story of Galileo and Scaramouche, two young people who, guided by a group of rebels called the Bohemians, try to restore music and freedom.
