Armin is older than Peter, but still studied with him. And discovered him in the lecture hall for television. Since then, they have spoken there very often with each other. So often that more than a few people suspect Peter lives under the desk in the ZiB2 studio. This has never been officially denied.

On television they talk about politics. Never about sports. Yet Peter knows almost more about sports than about politics. Armin cannot fathom how anyone can be interested in sports at all. Except for curling. But Peter despises that. On stage, however, they will still talk a little about sports, a lot about politics, and about each other. As always, quite fast.
